Yesterday which was the third day of the Towards COP21 program showcased a Documentary named Il Etait Une Forêt by Luc Jacquet based on the studies of Francis Hallé. Once Upon A Forest (Il Etait Une Forêt) which was released in 2013, is a French documentary with English subtitles. The event commenced with Ms. Alice O'Reilly presenting the audience with valuable information on the Documentary and the Week-long Towards COP21 program. The Documentary which commenced thereafter was very captivating and informative. It displayed the necessity of plants and also highlighted the mysterious and captivating world of the forest, the cycles of regeneration and the implications of destructive human activities on the Ecosystem. Il Etait Une Forêt is an embodiment of the flawless life cycle developed by plants which is until date, still being destroyed thoughtlessly due to the selfish and shortsighted wants of Mankind.
